Shipping Policy

We ship locally and internationally.

Orders are processed and dispatched from Mondays to Fridays, except for public holidays.

 

Do note that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.

Singapore Delivery

 

Local delivery – within Singapore
Free Delivery for all the products orders. 
 

Please expect delivery within 3 working days upon order confirmation and successful payment.

 

We offer self collection so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Please welcome to visit our warehouse!   

For self-collection, your order will be ready for pick-up within 1 working day.

International Delivery
 

Delivery to Malaysia
Free delivery for orders  RM300 (SGD100) & above.
 

A standard delivery fee of RM 30 (SGD10) is charged for orders below that.
 

Please expect delivery within 5-7 working days upon order confirmation and successful payment.
 

Kindly note that we do not take any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

 

AXELGO Pte Ltd is not responsible for any lost returns. 
 

We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. Please ensure you are providing a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. We do not take any responsibility if the parcel has been signed by a fraudulent signee.
